1How to delete it
In the app
- Open Aldira and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without the app
- Email soporte@aldira.app from the address you use to sign in to Aldira.
- Use the subject Delete my account. You do not need to give a reason.
- We will confirm the request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you are the only member of your home, the home will be deleted with your account. If other members remain, their home will continue to work and, if no other administrator is left, the longest-standing member becomes one. If you only want to leave the home and keep your account, use Settings → Leave home.
2What is deleted
- Your account: name, email and password.
- Your profile and notification tokens.
- Your membership in the home.
- The entire home and its responsibilities, if you were its only member.
3What remains
- In shared homes, responsibilities and the history of what you completed remain in the home's history without your name.
- Technical backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- Information we must retain by law, for the required period.
4Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings first to avoid further charges.
