For the life you are building

Every home begins
in its own way.

Newly married or moving in together? Start caring for your home as a team. There is room for families and friends who share a home, too.

Three ideas for your first step

Building our home

Between moving in and making plans, new things need looking after. Choose one and give it a place in Aldira.

Bring it into Aldira
  • Check the pantryNote what you always want to have on hand.
  • Care for your home equipmentSet a date to check the filter or service the air conditioning.
  • Keep utilities up to dateRemember when water, electricity and internet bills are due.

Ideas to discuss and add to the app. You decide what your home needs.

Sound familiar?

From “we should do that”
to “it is done.”

The filter still needs changing. You both remembered, but each thought the other would do it. With Aldira, that task has a date, a shared place and a clear next step: agree who will take it on, then that person taps “I’ll handle it.”

If no one has taken it, it stays pending and visible to the household. When someone takes it on, everyone sees in real time that it is in progress and when it is done.

Change the filter

  1. It stays visible

Set the date and how often it repeats. Aldira reminds you when it is coming up.

  2. “I’ll handle it”

Sofía taps the button when she is ready to change it. Diego sees that she is handling it.

  3. It is done

Sofía marks it done. They both see it is taken care of and get on with their day.

Done today. Remembered next time.

It returns in the right month, following the cycle you chose. No need to add it again.

The value of being on time

Taking care of it today
can save you tomorrow.

A bill paid before the late fee. A roof checked before the rain. Small acts of care can help prevent big expenses. Aldira’s value is in what you get done on time.

Save more than money.

Avoiding late fees and taking care of maintenance on time can offset the cost of the plan. It can also save you extra trips, worry and another “didn’t we talk about this?”

The comfort of knowing where you stand.

Household health reflects the status of your responsibilities. See what is up to date and what is overdue, so you can decide together what needs attention first.

At the rhythm of your home

Set it up once. Aldira remembers each time.

The filter will need changing again. Another month brings another bill. Aldira keeps track of those repeating responsibilities so you can take care of them each time they come around.

Start with something specific

Take the first step,
together.

Think of something you have been meaning to do for days. Agree who will take the next step and make it your first task in Aldira.

  1. Create your shared space.

Create your household in Aldira and invite the people you live with using a shared code.

  2. Give it a date and a rhythm.

Add a name, a date and how often it repeats. Aldira brings it back in the right month, without you having to create it again.

  3. Turn the reminder into action.

When the time comes, whoever agreed to handle it taps “I’ll handle it” and marks it done when finished. The whole household sees the progress.

More answers in Support
Is Aldira only for couples?

Aldira can help people starting a life together, including newlyweds. It works for families and friends, too: any household that wants to share its responsibilities.

Where should we start?

Start with something real: changing the filter, organizing the pantry or paying the water bill. Add it with a date, invite someone to your household and take that step together.

Does Aldira manage our finances or make payments?

No. It helps you remember and complete responsibilities. You can add a bill’s amount if it is useful, but it is optional. Aldira does not track budgets or process payments.

How do we decide who handles a task?

Each person chooses what to take on and taps “I’ll handle it.” If no one has taken it, it stays pending and visible to the household. You can talk it through and decide who takes the next step.

Is the free plan free forever?

Yes. It never expires and requires no card. It includes up to 2 people per household, limited tasks and monthly repetition. The full plan is optional.

Does each person need a subscription?

No. One full-plan subscription covers the household, with up to 8 people. Choose $4.99 USD a month or $49.99 USD a year.

How do repeating to-dos work?

Set it up once and Aldira brings it back in the right month. The free plan includes monthly repetition; the full plan also offers 3, 6 or 12-month cycles. For maintenance, choose a cycle based on the manufacturer or service provider’s guidance.

What happens when someone taps “I’ll handle it”?

The task is reserved under their name for 15 minutes, and the household sees in real time that they are handling it. When finished, they mark it done.
