1Who is responsible
Aldira is an app developed by Moedra Labs (“we”), located at Los Abetos #30, La Libertad, El Salvador. We are responsible for processing your personal data under Salvadoran data protection law.

2Information we collect
Only the information needed to show the household what is left, who is handling it and what is done.

| Notification token | Send alerts when someone in the household takes or completes something. You can turn them off in Settings. |

If you sign up for news through this website, we add your email to the launch list to send updates. If you are a new contact, we also request a welcome email. No further email confirmation is required. This list is separate from a future app account.
What we do not collect: bank details, payment cards, banking passwords, location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers. Aldira does not connect to your bank or move money. Your avatar is generated on your device from your name.
Please do not put sensitive details, such as full card numbers or passwords, in notes.
3How we use your data
- Provide the service and synchronize each month's responsibilities among household members.
- Send household alerts and account emails, such as confirmation and password recovery messages.
- Send launch news when you sign up for the list on this website.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse and fix errors.
- Handle support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other apps or websites.
4Who can see it
Your household
Members of your household can see your name, household responsibilities and who took or completed each one. Anyone with the invitation code can preview the home's name and monthly progress before joining. Share the code only with people you live with.

If you purchase a subscription, Apple or Google processes the charge; we do not receive your full card details. We receive the purchase status to enable your household's plan. If we add a subscription management provider, we will update this notice before using it.
Authorities
Only when legally required by a valid request.
5International transfers
Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. We require safeguards comparable to those in this notice. By using Aldira, you accept these transfers, which are needed to provide the service.
6How long we keep it
- While your account is active.
- Household history shows the last 12 months.
- If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- Responsibility history you completed in a shared home remains available to other members without your name.
We keep your address on the news list while you remain subscribed. You can request removal at privacidad@aldira.app.
7Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, ask for a portable copy or withdraw consent. You can change your name in Settings → Your profile.
Email privacidad@aldira.app from the address on your account and tell us what you need. We will respond within 20 business days. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may also have rights under local law and may complain to your local authority.

8Security
Connections are encrypted (TLS), and household access is restricted so only members can read or change their household information. No system is infallible. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
9Children
Aldira is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this notice
We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. The date above identifies the current version.
